The Metropolitan Institute (hereafter as “IM”) is a publisher of the journal, which is a civic think-tank that specialized in the large cities’ issue. IM invites other institutions to   cooperatation for a creating a Scientific Consortium around the project. The Consortium consists of co-publishers and other partners.
